Went for a run today down to the Trunk road and back, it went ok.
Probably off to Harrogate tomorrow with Dad and dish out presents.

Received a photo via email today from M&D they looked great, having just been on holiday.I see Liam is back in the papers today, tough publicity stunt, and a good gig for his dentist!!
